SAEIndia Automotive Leadership Summit and decarbonization, energy, sustainability and skills development

The plenary session of the Automotive Leadership Summit – in association with SAEIndia – covered decarbonization, energy, sustainability and skills development. Meanwhile, over at the ATS Forum, Teccon and MdynamiX opened the forum with presentations on the theme of integrated safety and component testing, followed by speakers from eMpulse, Kistler and Microsys.

Knowledge Partner ARAI highlights its expertise in India-specific data collection for ADAS

Long-standing show partner ARAI was at the show to highlight its India-specific data collection expertise. The premier automotive institute of India, the association works in the fields of R&D, testing, certification, homologation and framing of vehicular regulations. Preparing for the future of ADAS in India, ARAI provides support in developmental validation to test features such as AEBS in passenger cars.

According to Dr Atul R Thakare, senior manager, business development and corporate planning, “Mass-scaling can be achieved with an integrated approach and combined process of virtual and experiential verification and validation. We would like to meet automotive manufacturers interested in collaborating with us in R&D, technology development, testing and validation and engineering.”

Horiba India debuts next-generation modular emission analysis system

MEXAcube was the star of Horiba’s booth, designed for real-time, multi-gas detection in dynamic environments. The system integrates infrared laser absorption modulation technology to measure pollutants like NOx, CO and CH₄. It enables industries to achieve real-time compliance with global emission standards (Euro 7, BS-VI) while optimizing operational efficiency.

“As industries grapple with tightening emission regulations, our goal is to empower businesses with data needed to meet sustainability targets without compromising performance,” said marketing representative Bhavesh Suryakant Ambre.

25,000rpm e-motor dyno testbed demoed by ADT India

Advanced Digital Technology was at the expo to show its latest R&D innovation in cutting-edge e-mobility and conventional powertrain test systems, designed to test ultra-high-speed motor performance.

“The demand for advanced, precise and reliable testing solutions has never been greater,” said Max Kim, managing director at ADT India. “Our goal is to create strong networks, explore collaboration opportunities and generate future business leads. We also want insights into customer expectations to align our products with their needs.

Influx highlights powerful data-management solution

Influx was in Chennai to show ReXgen Pro, its customizable datalogging device designed for unmatched security, reliability and real-time performance, allowing users to concentrate on solving problems.

Nithin Mohan, global testing and support manager, explained, “The device is built on a multilayer architecture, ensuring precision logging without data loss, enabling edge computing and CAN-to-cloud integration via wi-fi and LTE. It supports UDS and XCP for real-time diagnostics, flash programming and high-speed data acquisition, making it ideal for ECU development, vehicle testing and fleet monitoring remotely without physical connections.”

SAEIndia Automotive Leadership Summit
