Global weather data provider Vaisala is to supply Volkswagen Group with its automotive infotainment weather offering, providing hyperlocal weather data and forecasts, precipitation information and weather warnings to vehicle occupants.

Vaisala’s weather information is now fully integrated into the Volkswagen Group’s in-vehicle digital experience. Beyond its work with Volkswagen Group, Vaisala is also working with a variety of other automotive manufacturers.
