NFON has integrated its business telephony into Apple CarPlay and expanded its AI portfolio.
Addressing the issues of mobility, flexibility and system integration, the integration of NFON aims to expand the networked and location-independent communication environment. The integration enables calls to be made and organized securely via the vehicle display or voice control with Siri.
“Business communication on the road is becoming a real productivity lever, directly in the vehicle, seamlessly embedded in everyday digital work,” said Jana Richter, executive vice president of AI and innovation at NFON.
With the addition of AI, NFON aims to expand its business telephony solutions to help companies accelerate their work processes, optimize information flows and noticeably reduce the workload on teams.
