DeltaEZ mobile color measurement
Advanced Color Technologies is at the show to present DeltaEZ, a next-generation mobile color measurement tool transforming how manufacturers and suppliers manage interior color quality. The device combines a high-precision spectrophotometer with intuitive software, enabling fast validation across plastics, fabrics, coatings and trim. With improved speed, deeper integration and expanded reporting, DeltaEZ ensures consistent interior finishes during prototyping, troubleshooting, or supplier compliance. Teams can make confident decisions in seconds instead of hours, reducing errors and accelerating production timelines. “We selected Automotive Interiors Expo as the ideal venue to showcase our color measurement innovations. The event brings together designers, engineers and suppliers who share the critical need for precise and reliable color control,” said Norm Uress, founder, Advanced Color Technologies. Booth A616
RapidNylon full interior parts
Synergeering Group is highlighting its
RapidNylon technology, recently used to produce a full interior for a global show vehicle. The OEM praised the durability and quality of the parts, designed for high-touch public use. In another project, the company avoided a two-month production delay by delivering a sample the next day, earning Tier 1 and OEM approval within a week. The full order was completed in just two weeks, demonstrating Synergeering’s speed, precision and partnership-focused approach. The company’s technology supports tooling production delays and ensures functional, high-quality interior components are ready on time. “We solve the toughest interior prototyping and production challenges. If your team needs large, durable, fully functional parts delivered quickly, you need to talk to us,” commented Mike Fairbanks, director of operations, Synergeering Group. Booth A604
Automotive Noise Kit
Klüber Lubrication is at Automotive Interiors Expo to present the Klüber Automotive Noise Kit, enabling engineers to test and evaluate high-performance lubricants for real-world interior applications. The kit covers 21 specialty lubricants addressing noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) across seat adjustments, sunroof kinematics, dashboard switches and door seals. Benefits include enhanced comfort, improved haptics, reduced squeaks and rattles, optimized low-temperature performance and long-term durability. Formulations are safe, water-based, non-flammable and solvent-free, compatible with plastics, elastomers and metals. The innovative packaging with demo tools and applicators simulates realistic scenarios and supports faster assembly. “Automotive Interiors Expo offers a unique opportunity to showcase our high-performance lubrication solutions and connect with key decision-makers,” said a spokesperson for Klüber Lubrication.
