Ferrari has unveiled the interior and interface of the new Ferrari Luce, a full-electric sports car developed in collaboration with LoveFrom.
The Italian auto maker says that it has entered a new phase in design and engineering and that the Luce’s design and name reflect this direction, with a focus on clarity, functional design and the integration of electric performance technologies into the brand’s future models.
“Luce is more than a name. It is a vision,” the Prancing Horse said in a statement. “When Ferrari speaks of Luce, it is not defining a technology, but a philosophy: electrification as a means, not an end – a new era where design, engineering and imagination converge into something that did not exist before.”
Ferrari collaborated with LoveFrom, a creative collective founded by Sir Jony Ive and Marc Newson, on the design of the Luc, which reflects Ferrari’s heritage while rethinking elements such as materials, ergonomics, the interface and the overall user experience.

The main interior components provide an initial view of the design approach behind the Ferrari Luce. The development team focused on refining existing concepts and creating a considered interpretation of Ferrari’s design language, with particular attention paid to how users interact with the vehicle.
LoveFrom worked with the Ferrari Styling Centre, led by Flavio Manzoni, evolving the concept with respect for its original intent, while ensuring every solution met Ferrari’s functional targets, packaging constraints and homologation requirements for a production road sports car.
The cabin is designed as a single, uncluttered space, with simplified forms to support driving. Hardware and software were developed together to ensure a harmonious interaction between physical architecture and interface. Key elements, including the binnacle, control panel and central console, are self-contained and clearly organized around controls and displays.
Production processes were also carefully considered, with sophisticated manufacturing technologies applied to ensure that every material is presented in an elegant manner that creates both a modern and timeless feel. As a result, the materials are not just luxurious, but genuinely authentic, the auto maker says, demonstrating Ferrari’s dedication to quality, innovation and the enduring value of craftsmanship.

Materials were selected for durability and quality. Aluminum (a 100% recycled aluminum alloy) was chosen for its precision-machining properties – it was CNC-machined from solid billets and anodized to create a durable, refined surface with lasting color. Glass components use precision-milled Corning Gorilla glass, which offers strength, scratch resistance and high visibility.
