Next week will see the first ever staging of Automotive Interiors Virtual ‘Live’, a brand-new, free-to-attend online conference featuring two full days of lively debate and creative thinking, with leading speakers from Continental, FCA, Ford and Toyota Boshoku, among others.

Taking place next Tuesday and Wednesday, December 1 & 2, 2020, Automotive Interiors Virtual ‘Live’ will provide a much-needed platform for discussions on the future of automotive interiors. From ADAS and AV implications for design through to sustainability and new materials, the latest developments in smart surfaces, and the best user experiences and HMI developments, the event will bring together the auto interiors community at a key moment, following a highly disruptive and challenging year.

Delivered by the team behind Automotive Interiors World and Automotive Interiors Expo, participants can expect a highly rewarding and insightful exchange of ideas, with live interaction and networking fully enabled and encouraged during the virtual event.

Leading speakers from across the industry will present their latest case studies, as well as new material and technology breakthroughs. Highlights include an exclusive report into carsickness from Ford’s Research and Innovation Center; the Fraunhofer IAO Vehicle Interaction Lab’s research into the user requirements of future automotive interiors, HMI and the driving experience; and FCA’s influential Innovation Research Center (CRF) will discuss ‘When materials meet electronics: novel frontiers in automotive’.
