Following the launch of its Ghost model, Rolls-Royce has now released details of the ‘Extended’ version, for customers seeking even greater comfort levels.
An extended wheelbase enables a fully reclining ‘Serenity’ seat, which the company compares to those found in business jet cabins. Further adding to the air of opulence, a Champagne fridge is provided between the rear seats which the company says has been developed to an exacting specification.
The marque’s engineers consulted with a master sommelier, and learned that the optimum serving temperatures of non-vintage Champagne is around 6°C and vintage Champagnes is around 11°C. To that end, the refrigerator operates two cooling modes, chilling to 6°C and 11°C.
