At an invitation-only event at CES 2023 in Las Vegas, USA, from January 5-7, 2023, visitors to Marelli’s hospitality suite will be able to take part in an interactive experience that showcases the company’s latest technology portfolio for vehicle interiors.

By selecting lighting, sensing, electronics and other additional interior options featured in Marelli’s Digital Design Studio, visitors will be able to create their own vehicles that showcase their or their brand’s personality or qualities.

In addition to the digital design offering, the company will exhibit its smart surface solutions that have been developed to improve vehicle characteristics and user experiences for customers. These solutions will, once again, be delivered through Marelli’s Digital Design Studio and will consist of a material collection display and an interactive cockpit demo,

The company’s smart surfaces deliver a solution for integrating software into a vehicle’s interior, and improving in-cabin safety by providing voice recognition and replacing physical buttons with haptic switches. Smart surfaces can provide customizable information and alerts to interior occupants without changing cabin aesthetics. Furthermore, smart surface illumination can be used to alter interior styling from cold to warm, for example.
